Applied in sandy, clayey, and gravelly soils. Installation can be performed even at high groundwater levels. Key advantages of this technology include:
Vibrex Piles / Rigid Inclusion
- High load-bearing capacity
- Fast implementation
- Cost-effectiveness
This method involves driving a steel casing into the ground with a closed-end tip. The upper part of the casing is fitted with a hammer. Once the desired depth is reached:
- The hammer is withdrawn.
- Concrete is poured into the casing.
- As concreting progresses, the casing is extracted using a vibrating hydraulic clamp.
This process forms the final pile or rigid inclusion.
